The cycle begins upon gathering all pertinent details and ends with Kismet extending a formal offer of employment, negotiation of all terms and conditions on the clients’ behalf, and everything in between. Once all pertinent information is obtained, the Kismet Recruiting Team goes to work on candidate sourcing, doing our best to identify, screen and present our top candidates. We coordinate all candidate interview scheduling and manage the process from beginning to end. This service is provided in exchange for a lump-sum fee, at a discount to our PEO Partners, which includes pre-hire assessments (when applicable), pre-employment screening tools and any associated fees utilized as a component of the sourcing strategy.
